DIGITAL TRANSITION

Efma is a global non-profit organisation that was established in 1971 by banks and insurance companies to help foster innovation and drive transformation in the financial services industry. It provides a valued service to more than 3,000 retail financial services companies from over 130 countries.

We have been working with Efma for over seven years, first producing their quarterly journal and more recently helping them to make the transition to digital, providing a full web copywriting service, generating content spanning executive interviews, topical features, news and case studies. Based on the strength of our partnership, we also write, edit, design and publish regular reports, whitepapers and regional reviews for the association, which are distributed globally.

GLOBAL REACH

We were recently commissioned by Efma to create a new series of Regional Review publications, examining a selection of the most prominent developments in the retail banking industry in specific geographies.

Working with the organisation’s project managers, we defined a content plan for each report, wrote and edited all articles, designed a new layout, and delivered a digital and print-ready version for distribution on the Efma website as well as at its regional events.

SPREADING THE WORD

Each regional review brings together some of the best examples of digital transformation taking place in specific geographies, including Africa, Asia and the Middle East, through a mix of interviews, case studies, innovation highlights and report abstracts covering topics from mobile banking and branch technology to SME services and fintechs.

Once finalised, we also assisted in the promotion of the reports, producing press releases and accompanying content for the Efma website.
