UNDERSTANDING AND COOPERATION

KAICIID (King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Centre for Interreligious and Intercultural Dialogue) is an intergovernmental organisation that promotes understanding and cooperation between people of different faiths and cultures, with the aim of alleviating animosity, reducing fear and instilling mutual respect.

In 2016, we produced a book in partnership with KAICIID to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Nostra Aetate (a declaration on the relation of the church to non-Christian religions) and to reflect on its impact on interreligious relations over the past half century.

SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTISE

Nostra Aetate In Our Time reproduces the commentary from leading experts in interreligious dialogue who spoke at the 2015 Nostra Aetate celebration conference, bringing together presentations from 16 faith leaders.

The 112-page book is split into six digestible chapters and includes archive photographs of papal visits and the meeting of the Second Vatican Council.

FROM EDIT TO PRINT

All article content is based on the original speech transcripts from the conference. Tudor Rose managed the entire publishing process, from editing the supplied materials through to print and delivery.

We designed the book throughout, sub-edited it, and liaised with the Vatican for choice and delivery of the archive images.
